Being a few days late is not a shutdown
An unpaid invoice past its due date moves the account to past due. The shop keeps trading while it is sorted out.
Suspension is recoverable
After the grace period the retail screens are blocked, but the account, its data and its billing page stay exactly where they were.
Limits are explained where you hit them
Adding an outlet the plan does not allow says so at that moment, with what to do about it. Nothing is discovered later.
Downgrades never delete
A plan smaller than what you are already using is refused rather than quietly trimming your outlets or products.
The trade features are not the plan
Kitchen, order types and delivery come from your business type, not from what you pay. A bakery on the smallest plan still has its kitchen.
